By far our most popular dish, these mixed platters are the perfect combination to try a bit of this and taste a bit of that. They are skewers of marinated chicken, lamb & kafta with taboulie, Baba ghanoush, hommous, flat spicy potatoes, garlic dip, pickles, grilled garlic bread and fresh Lebanese bread.

Vegan Plate

$32 for one | $56 for two
A combination of taboulie, hommous, Baba ghanoush, spicy potatoes, cauliflower, falafel, eggplant & pickles.

Our perfect side to any of our dishes or just eat them on their own with our combination of fresh bread and crispy fried bread with a sprinkling of Leila’s own za’tar. You have the choice of:
Hommous – a creamy tahini chickpea dip – a Middle Eastern classic – $15
Baba Ghanoush – an eggplant delight with an insanely delicious smokey flavour – $15
Labneh – tangy, thick and creamy, this is a classic yoghurt dip – $10

Need we say anything more? Our national treasure!

Kibbeh (4)

In this kibbeh recipe, a mixture of bulgur wheat, onions, and ground lamb forms a hollow shell for a delicious stuffing of diced onion, ground lamb and seven spice. Enveloped in warm and earthy Middle Eastern spices like allspice and ground cinnamon, kibbeh is the epitome of Middle Eastern comfort food.

Sambousek (4)

Sambousek is essentially a small pastry filled cheese. … These popular pastries are lightly fried and are often served as part of a classic Lebanese mezze spread.

Falafel (4)

Falafels are deep-fried balls traditionally found in Middle Eastern cuisine, made from ground chickpeas and fava beans. Hot and crunchy on the outside, fluffy and herby within, they are enjoyed with a tahini sauce and a combination of mixed pickles.

Ladies Fingers (4)

These are savoury pastries filled with cheese and they couldn’t be more delicious!

Stuffed Grape Leaves

Also known as ‘Wara Enib’ the young grape leaves of the vine are stuffed with a lemon flavoured mixture of rice, onions, loads of fresh herbs and warm spices. Flavour packed!

Fried Cauliflower

Cauliflower florets lightly fried into morsels of goodness, drizzled with sumac, fresh pomegranate pearls and the classic tarator sauce (tahini & garlic). These simple ingredients truly transform the simple, humble cauliflower into the perfect side.

Spicy Potatoes

These Lebanese spicy potatoes are traditionally known as “batata harra.” It’s an Arabic phrase that literally translates to spicy potatoes. They are lightly fried until crispy and then tossed in a flavourful sauce made with coriander, garlic and a hint of chilli, finished off with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of sumac.

Grilled Halloumi

Golden brown, crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside, and a wonderful savoury flavour, our grilled halloumi is served with fresh tomato and basil with a balsamic reduction drizzle and a sprinkling of pomegranate pearls to add a touch of zest.
